How pricing works

Projects start at $200. Final cost depends on scope, how many systems we connect, and how much data preparation is involved. We agree the scope and price before any work begins.

AI providers charge per token, which is their unit of text processed. That usage is billed to you at cost, with no markup from us. It is separate from the project fee because it scales with how much you actually use the system.

How we work

• Scoping call. We look at the process you want improved and confirm AI is genuinely the right tool.
• Written proposal. Fixed scope, fixed price, and an estimated usage range.
• Build and review. We build, you review against the agreed outcome.
• Handover. You get documentation and the access needed to run it yourself.
